Account Opening

Origination

• Sean finds goes to bbvausa.com and finds checking through the hamburger menu.

• He chooses Free Checking.

• The account opening flow starts.

• He enters his info.

• Picks a local banker.

• Enters security information.

• Adds a Savings Account.

• Single Use Security Code

• Download App & Apple Pay selected.

Account Funding

External Bank Fund

• Clicks on ad to get started.

• Funds checking.

• External Bank Account

• Uses card details

• Enters details and finishes payment.

• Scrolls to bottom of success and ads another deposit.

Mobile Check Deposit

• Attach Images

• Finishes transaction

• Makes another payment from bottom link

Cash Deposit

• Cash Deposit

• Sean receives the QR code he could take to register to deposit cash.

Savings Rules

Building savings quicker

• Sean taps on the experience ad on the desktop.

• He creates his first goal.

• This leads him into creating a rule for the goal.

• He chooses to round up

• Sean saves the rule and goes back to the dashboard.

Paying and Receiving

Paying a Friend

• Sean clicks on the orange ad.

• He searches for his friend Chance.

• Chance is selected but he's not a BBVA customer

• Sean selects Apple Pay

• He completes the payment and goes back to dashboard.

Payment Request

• On the dashboard he sees a notification that there is a payment request.

• Fastest way is to click the card above the dashboard.

• Select Checking

• Close out and go back to dashboard.

Chat Assistance

Getting help from a local banker

• Sean clicks on the "assistance" icon in the footer.

• He selects the chat icon with his local banker.

• The chat modal opens and he starts typing.

• Banker eventually sends him a link with a reservation code.

• He clicks the link and the code auto-populates.
