Sean's Situation
Sean is a 24 year old student who lives with roommates in a busy college town in the US. He was an active bartender when the pandemic hit and lost his job as restaurants began to close down. While he didn't have a job, he wasn't able to get unemployment for 3 months and drained most of his existing checking account which carries a maintenance fee when it's too low. In July he found a new remote job writing articles for the local paper. The new job is slowly helping him bring in enough money to get back on his feet, but he needs to be able to have direct deposit (due to the remote working environment) and a simple cashless ways to pay back all the friends and family who have lent him money while he was broke.
