In the application process Sean was able to select a local banker. The goal of this feature is to give someone the flexibility to have an immediate contact within the bank if they have any questions. Because it’s a real banker in an actual local bank, it gives Sean the flexibility to talk in person or through chat.

Chatting is how Sean interacts with friends, and is also how he’s comfortable interacting with his local banker. He’s looking to buy a new computer and needs a small loan but doesn’t understand how the whole process works. His local banker talks to him and explains to the process in plain english and less “bank speak”.
Take it Online
If a banker needs to complete any action, they can. But in Sean’s case he just needed information and the banker gives him a reservation code for the loan and a link to how he can set it up online.
